I will say, when I got to play in an NHL arena as a kid and got a penalty, the first thing i did when i got to the box was smack the camera because thats what we always saw the really pissed off guys do when they went into the box.
to answer the announcers question, its easy, they just bill the team and install one of the 50 backups they have lol
