   Edit. Two different issues. Ticket prices and lease/renovation financials.

   $500MM by City on $800MM renovation. Hopefully the new lease rate makes the $500MM investment by DC a good investment.

   The ticket prices are simply supply/demand. Get as much as you can until purchasers resist (Redskin ticket prices a great example).
