  1. Someone tell me how to react!

College hockey season ending will always remind me of dekeyser and the hype of him choosing the hometown wings.

  2. Ohhellnowhatsupdawg

I’ve never heard of him, but I’ll be demanding Yzerman call him up tomorrow!

He was one of the guys that stood out to me from the few games I caught in the recent NCAA tournament. Not sure what his ceiling is or how well his game will translate, but I guess I’m at least a little excited

They typically make the transition straight to NHL or with very little time in the minors, but it their ceiling wouldn’t extend bottom 6 role our 3rd D pairing. Always exceptions but when you look at the highly touted ones, it is underwhelming.

I’m gonna go ahead and say the 25-year old who can’t be found via Google autocomplete because his name is vaguely similar to a guy who seems to be the brother of a known actress, is not going to be a signing for the NHL team.

Probably depth for Toledo with a shot at maybe playing some games for the Griffins at some point.

For the record it sounds like he’s signing with Grand rapids, not Detroit

As a teammate of Dylan James, I’m guessing they’ve seen this guy play quite a bit and something about him caught our eye. Idk what it was, but it was something.

Makes sense to start fill out Grand Rapids a lot of our prospects will be moving out of there in a couple of years

Watched him play vs UM in the tournament. Wasn’t overly impressive but the guy is more of a shit disturber and physical presence than someone looked to to score points. Had a bit of an unimpressive career at American International College, went to Lindenwood (I believe in their first or second year in transition to NCAA from ACHA), then ended up at UND. I’ll be interested to see how he performs in GR, could be a good AHL guy. He’s 25 with not much scoring touch so I doubt he even sniffs the NHL.

Cool. He seems like a solid depth guy for GR. I doubt he gets much ice time, but heading into the playoffs they might need him.

Dude was a pain in the ass against Michigan in the tournament. No complaints about seeing what he has
