I LOVE THIS GAME
Ranger fan here. I have no problem with the fighting. There is a method to this madness in the game of hockey with ten men on the ice with sticks in their hands it's better to drop their sticks and fight it out in this fast high adrenaline game. The penalty box is there to cool them off and the game continues.
Ehh the Elbo room is alright it’s too small though. Ft. Lauderdale is just too crowded for me. Guanabana’s in Jupiter is more my style

this is a big part of what got me into hockey when i was kid in the late 90's. It's a shame it's gone away so much. And anyone who thinks it's barbaric, tell that to the thousands of fans every year who can't stop watching and scream their heads off. We're human. And we know this is hockey. No heads need to roll no arms need to be snapped in half. A good hockey fight is fun and it does have a place. This happened because Rempe needed to answer to MacDermid for the other 2 Devils games and he did and it's over now. We move on.
howes, orr, gretzky, messier, brodeur, espositos, mario/sidney/jaromir…they were great for hockey. complete professionals.

As Latino who grew up in nyc playing all sports but baseball always being my favorite I went to some Islanders games live and wow . Hockey was the most exiting live sport I’ve ever seen . Those dudes are super tough

I respectfully disagree with PK. This young man needs to be suspended for the remainder of the year. He has hurt a couple of players already been suspended if he plays in playoffs someone is going to smoke him on the ice with more then likely intent to send a clear message. You wanna protect players throw guys like remp out for rest of year to send a clear message that this stuff will not be tolerated.
I worry about him young man is only 21 and could end up with head trauma or cte wayyy to young.
I'm all about seeing a good fight every now and then, but I really hope they don't turn every game into a boxing match. If it starts happening too often then I don't care for it.
