I liked your thoughts on the game and the potential playoff match-up. The Leafs have had trouble in past by designating one or two "tough guys" who were a liability when playing. I see a significant difference in attitudes from all Leaf players this year. We'll see how it all comes together in the playoffs shortly.

Are you delusional? LMAO Ryan Reaves is completely useless at this point. Why would a first line player ever fight a 4th line goon? LMFAO You are a simpleton. NOBODY is afraid to play the Queefs. Domi jumps skill players but gets RAGDOLLED whenever he fights anyone of note. Reaves is picking splinters out of his as from sitting on the bench 55 minutes a game, & Bertuzzi is finally starting to earn his salary in terms of production the past 6 week or so, but he only targets non fighters like Domi. Against Florida, their skill player tough guys would beat Toronto's. I will put Sam Bennett and Matthew Tkachuk against Domi and Bertuzzi in every metric of the game and come out on top. Sure, Reaves can beat anyone on the panthers because he's still a top 5 league fighter at 78 years old in a league where goons have been obsolete for 7 years….but Florida doesn't have to engage him and can let him take dumb penalties.

As a Leafs fan I love the grit they've been showing lately. In the games against both Florida and Tampa I think Reaves is showing that he can make a difference in the playoffs if it's needed, making the opposing team keep their head up and maybe a little nervous going into the corner. Add to that Lybushkin (sp?), Edmonson, Benoit and even Bertuzzi. And Knies showed that it is having an effect on the rest of the team. Bring on Florida, I think it's going to be a great series!
