I’m not gonnna disagree with you I don’t like the decision to loan Levi to Rochester and I think Adams needs to be fired because he is not good as a GM and then Granato due to his inconsistency in coaching
With no additional in net this season, sending levi down to help our future stars and have a feeling of being in a winner, UPL is older, more experienced and has earned his right to start down the stretch. Both NHL and AHL have goalies over .900 save %. U like this, infact ive done it myself in my Sabres GM mode (game) ✔️

The only reason I can see to have Levi down was if they were planning to ride UPL and if it's a choice between Levi on the bench vs Levi on the ICE… I think we can agree, the future for the sabres (and the right now for the Amerks) is with Levi on the ICE.. I do agree, UPL just makes me nervous… but they've ridden him this far they are going to do it until the end..I think it comes down to.. we just have too many teams to jump over… but I'd love to see us be the cause of knocking out a few that are between us and the playoffs..
I like the move sending Levi down, it's basically Adams saying to UPL, the net is yours bud, do the best…if anything this actually takes a pressure off the UPLs back.

I believe upl is a great nbr 2 goaltending. Saves the unsaveable, lets in the save able goals. A cup run with upl is unlikely to me. As a nbr 2 i can see it. Levi could have gone down after the season, not now. Bad decision fir the sabres, a strike of gold for the amerks.

I would hate to see upl have such a great stretch just for him to end up in the same position he was last year. A inconsistent goalie who you dread having in net.
Its why I'm ok with Levi going down because at least we will know about upl's future here if he finishes strong… just wish it didnt come at the cost of our season (if it doesn't work out)
To be fair to UPL no one on this team has excelled under pressure. Remember last season when Buffalo played hard towards the end when it was already out of there control. A bit "after the lord mayor's show" for me (which I mentioned at the time)
Everywhere across the board Buffalo have a team of millionaires who can't win 3 in a row. That's poor consistency and reflects badly on everyone from GM, coach and roster. It needs to change for the team to progress and succeed.
I think the whole organization can't wait till the season ends. Then they can just hit "reset" and pray things go better next year…

IMO Adams screwed up big time by not keeping Levi in Rochester for the entire season.( dont ban me Wayne😊😂) Ryan Miller spent two seasons in Rochester after playing in the NCAA. Adams shouldve signed James Reimer or Martin Jones to back up UPL and sent Levi to the AHL for the entire season .
Agree Wayne , hope the Sabres can wreck the Capitals and the Murder City Dead things playoff chances 😊

I fully disagree. UPL has had all the pressure, same with the rest of the team but the team only showed up here and there. UPL showed up every game minus about 4 or 5. If we had Levi up all season, the kid would be begging to be sent to Rochester. The only reason we even had close to a decent season was solely on UPL. 4 shutouts and many matches that he kept the team in it that the guys in front of him couldn't get it done.
