  1. Goalies, team defense, power play/offense not finishing, then torts. We’d have 4 points at least without the Sandstrom/Peterson debacles

  2. I think trading walker and all the injuries and the fact that there goalies suck rite now but still a great season to build of of I’m excited for next year

  3. I expect dumb stuff from the other two but disappointed in Charlie. This is not a playoff team. I have been saying all season the flyers were playing at playoff intensity to make up for lack of talent. The rest of the league starts playing after the break and mostly the last 20 games. Coincidence the flyers are losing NOW? The roster has the same deficiencies. No defense depth . No centers. Players who want to be "snipers" who can play "hard" but make "business decisions" in their own end.

  4. When a team has a very bad PP with a gassed defence and goaltender, there's no surprise that this team is doing a 1964 Phillies drop. Tortorella blasting his team with the use of "tough-love" didn't work, but Tort's is still a great coach, but he needs an assistant on his staff that focuses on the PP. Who Tort's has relied on most is Shaw, who's in charge of the D.
As for the #79 situation, screw Hart forever! I never want him to return to the organisation. I like the two Russian goalies, and I love Ersson! Sam E is just gassed.

  5. I blame the holdovers from the giroux era. Those losers have had 10 game losing streaks across multiple coaches… Konecny, Laughton, coots.. these guys aren’t real leadership material. ✌️

  6. the collapse is simple. just a bad roster w a lack of talent. cant blame torts at all. Charlie is the only person here who understands the game

  7. Situation with Carter Hart and the none Power Play no playoffs 🏒🤔, they Will have a good team when they have good defense, in Three years and they need size and speed upfront

  8. Farabee hasn't scored a goal since 3/16 and Konecny has had only one since then. Couts was a non-factor pre injury. Couple that with Sanstrom playing like the backup he is. It's not Torts fault.

  9. Dream scenario for me because they almost made playoffs and established some sort of identity most of year. They now likely get 11-13 draft slot. You can't ask for more. Briere needs to follow it up in offseason with more trades for draft picks/prospects.

  10. I agree with everything you said but if at the beginning of the season you had said the Flyers would be in the reach of a playoff spot with 4 games left we all would have been happy.

  11. It was a designed collapse they weren’t supposed to be good, it was a perfect storm of losing hart, untimely injuries, style of play and lack of talent. They said the whole time it was a rebuilding year, if they get into the lottery who knows maybe they’re rewarded for not tanking
