At least someone in the family is as sick of it as we are.
I mean, in the scheme of things, they weren’t a bottom 5 team this year.
They didn’t have any major public scandals.
They didn’t, like, hire a Nazi.
Nobody died on the ice in a freak accident.
They didn’t, like, explicitly boo the fans back.
Nobody had to get kicked off the team for banging a rookie’s mom.
They didn’t kill any endangered animals that got loose in the arena.
Nobody got their dick stuck in a roll of hockey tape during a rookie hazing ritual and had to go to ECMC in the ambulance during an intermission.
The owner made some money. Nobody threatened to move the team.
They didn’t start accepting organ donations to cover the increase in season ticket prices.
