So the Isles played a CLEAN game? Not even a single penalty? Ok refs.

  2. bless24

Getting a point just to lose 1 minute into overtime. Classic habs hockey.

  3. Throaway44009988

This man to man system we play in the D zone… so pathetic

  4. Comfortable-Bowl9591

Meh, would rather NYI than Penguins or Flyers.

  5. Puccimane

Mike Matheson 60 points, Pointe Claire Pimp

  6. atleast the sens won their game and the yotes won last night but id rather not lose in OT

Snooze fest. Wished the hockey gods to lose in regulation but.. 1 point is better than 2. Rip to the Rocket and to Hutson Frozen Four

  8. JugEdge

The point keeps us at 5th in the lottery ranking and shows a hard fought game. I’m okay with that.

Pretty lacklustre effort overall, but a few of the right guys got points, and most importantly thanks to our pals the Senators we didn’t gain any ground on them in the standings.

That’s what, two games now with 0 powerplays? 3 with 1?

No fuckin way you could watch back our last two games and not find a single penalty committed against the Habs

2 PPs in their last 13 periods of hockey, none in their last 8. Second time this season they’ve gone back-to-back games without any PPs.

The point isn’t that they would have won with PPs, it’s that the league is corrupt.

    *BAD*

    – Missed some of the fun games such as the Slaf trick night and was met with the return to the TV being the islanders. Don’t let the one min of 3 on 3 fool you. Dull hockey.

    – Didn’t really see anyone that “bad” tonight persay. Couple errors here and there. Maybe Kovacevic could have been better. And the lack of shots comes down to the team so everyone has to be better there.

    *GOOD*

    – Haven’t been critical of Caufield rather a bit impatient when he went a bit cold. As many of you folks said he was getting the shots and was a matter of time. That was the truth as he’s gone from cold to an absolute heater.

    – Harris had a goal. Had some points the last few games. Disappointing year overall for him but these moments can show that with a young player, particularly a defensemen, maybe shouldn’t write them off just yet. Recall last season Harris was super steady imo.

    – Some truth albeit a small sample size Dvorak does improve the depth.

    – Couple of good plays again by Joel Armia

    – Mike Matheson 50! Assists… I mean what more you want from an offensive d

I’m still happy they played great tonight despite the loss.

I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE HUTSON IN A HABS JERSEY

  15. realm_fury

Pretty happy with the game. Cole with a goal and an assist, now at 62 in basically an off season. I’m team tank.

  16. Commercial-Row4740

The Habs have not been awarded a powerplay in 7 periods.

I was there tonight. Gotta hand it to the Isles, UBS Arena has a nice, old school barn feel to it. I still had a great time even if the Habs lost.
