Why do players punch when the opponent is down? Been watching since the mid 2000s and even though it was more physical and fights were more common then, there seemed to be a gentleman’s agreement to not throw punches once someone goes down.
I swear every fight today they keep throwing punches even if the opponent is dead face down on the ice.
