I think people are over reacting abit here….I don't think the lines are carved in stone man. They will be mixing things up in playoffs. Also depends on who they play. The reason why Domi and Matthews have clicked is teams haven't really had time to watch video . Not too many teams have considered Domi a major playmaker or offensive zone threat. I do like Domi alot though man and I do like the way he plays. That aside come playoff time whoever they will play would have been paying attention..watching footage and have a plan to slow the line down. I would put money on it that Marner and Matthews will be back together come playoffs….Keefe will prob go back and forth. Domi still is a very good hockey player and I believe he will score a big one come playoffs.

I’m loving what Mathews is doing right now, I’m getting spoiled, I loved Ovechkin career up to this point, and once he retires, I will be rooting for Mathews to continue scoring at his historic clip. It reminds of when I grew up following Gretzky, I thought there would never be another player like him, and then along comes Lemieux, who I thought was even better. Now we have Mathews, taking the torch from Ovechkin, it’s just awesome.

I love the fkin' comments just ragdolling poor Sammy — this guy has COMPLETELY resurrected his season, and it's one of the most remarkable stories I've seen throughout my life of watching pro sports. Professional athletes don't simply get relegated as they're performing worse than at any other point in their career, and with ALL the obstacles in the man's way (social media, coaching, self doubt, TO sports media, sports psychology) he managed to crawl back and give this team fantastic goaltending. One bad game and he's a donkey, no one wants him on the team. Like what is this reaction people have? 3 of the goals (maybe 5?) were COMPLETE defensive breakdowns. I understand you want saves at critical moments and Sammy could've have made them on a better day, but Sammy's our starter. He's our number 1. Let's have some faith, let's believe in this team, and let's give our Russian stalwart some support after a tough game. The man deserves it at this point, I'm sorry, I'm just so sick of hearing and seeing this every time he doesn't play great. Please, for the love of Christ, believe in Sammy, believe in this team.
