Blah blah blah, nhl like any other sport is big business. .it’s entertainment and it’s there to make the owners money. It’s all orchestrated and the owners that make the most noise will get the grease. They need to expand the sport into the biggest market and make winners in that market. The Vegas owner said he wanted a cup within six years and he got it. Canadians will always be passionate about hockey so they don’t need to pander to us. I’m taking Vegas in my hockey pool to win the cup. Who knows we might see Taylor Swift cheering for the Knights. Then it’s a lock.

The fact that he's ready to come back JUST IN TIME FOR THE PLAYOFFS… is just a bad look… if he wasn't going to be back until the second round, or came back last week… OK.. but nicely just in time… This is clearly cap circumvention…. and the teams being accused of it all have the same thing in common.. players coming back JUST IN TIME… the NHL needs to close this loophole… personally, I like 1 date where you have to have your roster set and be cap compliant BEFORE you can use LTIR. That just means you can't sign top guys to replace someone whose out.. feel some pain…

They got to the playoffs w/ him missing a lot of games. Give the other guys credit. Every team is subjected to the same rules. I wished my team’s manager is as wise & bold. For me it’s not cheating. It is simply using the rules to your advantage.
Stone is the definition of a player who thinks playoff success is more important than personal stats. Not too many players would be willing to take the career hit to help the team.
