whatever any of you are thinking, you're wrong. What this is: the NHL fkd up the entire SW market by not delivering a winner to Phoenix. The worst offense was the thing you should never do unless you want us to turn off- dont make us lose to LA via dirty players who dont get calls. And that's exactly what happened to the only cup run we had that was ruined by penalizing the yotes and not the dustin browns. And then Firrst overall aver First overall going to a canadian darling or original 6 team. 100% bullsht and every hockey fan in Phoenix knows it.
The reason all this happened is because the NHL was not good enough to the Phoenix (and it's Phoenix, not AZ) fans by cheating us out of top prospects, allowing Matthews and others to go to 'good old boys clubs', and allowing dirty players to instigate unfair calls against us.
You think otherwise? Let me show you how wrong you are as they pack their bags. Next time you come to a megalopolous like Phoenix, you BETTER deliver a WINNER, and a BIG winner, otherwise, gtfo and dont come back.

As a Winnipegger it’s hard to have any sympathy for this. Phoenix was given waaaayyyy too many second chances.
