  1. He still gets all the player names right, which is impressive. But he can't string together the "Jackisms" anymore…to quote jack himself..his stories are like "tumbling muffins"

  2. Jack has some legendary commentating. They got a lot of his funny comments on the internet.
His play by play of the Lucic vs Rechlicz fight was so funny , A great fight and a great commentator.

  3. Adam "Little Felger" Jones is still terrible. The girl has the same shaped mouth as Karen Read.

  4. I'm sure he's a great guy but yeah slow talking over a fast paced game maybe it's time to retire lol.

  5. And Father Time is undefeated as the old saying goes. When it’s time to retire, it’s time to retire. He’s approaching 70. He should enjoy life with his family and friends now.

  6. I hope his health is ok ♥️ May he enjoy the retirement with his family n friends 🍻

  7. I'm a Rangers fan since 1979 and have sometimes been frustrated with his "homer" and over the top announcing. However, as a Rangers fan, we love to "hate" him. I just saw he has had a speech issue which the doctors can't figure out the cause of and my heart sank for him. I know he loves his Bruins and I know the fanbase loves him. I think I can speak on behalf of all (decent) Rangers fan in thanking him for doing his part for keeping the rivalry alive. I wish him and his good health, a complete recovery and the occasional return to the booth. He was lucky enough to do what he loves to do. That in of itself is an accomplishment.

    Cheers!
