Good piece by Valji with Andersson, Kadri, Coleman and Markstrom talking about accountability and the current younger players.
The long history of bad culture and locker room problems are finally being addressed, kick-started by Conroy last summer
I think this is a perfect example of why « trade everyone and tank » is a bad strategy for a relatively quick rebuild. If you want to be in the playoffs within ~5 years you need veterans to mentor your new core, and it is difficult to mentor kids from the fourth line.

Results this year were not the best? But this team feels differnt now. In a good way!
