There is that one Yotes fan on r/hockey who unreasonably hates the Islanders for whatever reason. Not feeling bad for him tonight.
Placed a bet on the Yotes just because.
It could’ve been us at one point.
They should’ve been sent back to Winnipeg years ago. But, I do feel bad for the ones who genuinely love the game and are knowledgeable.
My brain has a hard time processing what it would feel like to lose my team, but for some reason this landed for me. Going to the game and watching knowing the team is gone once that final buzzer sounds would be brutal.
