  1. The gap isn't even close. Bruins have 2 all-star calibre goalies, Toronto goaltending is barely above AHL calibre.

  2. Samsonov's recent stats are much better than his overall season stats which makes goaltending less of a Bruins edge.

I've still got Leafs in 7.

  3. You know what's funny is most of the people putting the leafs down are LEAF FANS….Love it or Leave it you whiny bitches…..

  4. Yeah, unfortunately for the leafs, Sammy is too inconsistent. He lets in back breaking goals time and time again.

  5. Why even play the games then since the Bruins are going to win the series anyways? Leafs should do the smart thing and forfeit the series to the Bruins by refusing to play the games at all. Why even play the games if the Leafs are going to lose anyways?

  6. It is a massive gap and it is going to cost the Leafs for continuing to spend most of their cap on forwards and ignore their weak goaltending

  7. Last time Leafs beat Bruins in a playoff series was 1959. Back before the discovery of electricity…

  8. I wouldn’t go to far to dought Sammy everybody said the same last year against Tampa and he still outperformed vasy

  9. Sammy looks like he is starting another “stress period” and likely Sammy needs another month off – based on his two difficult last games. Sammy is good when he is well – but awful when he is in one of his “stress periods”. Rest Sammy and try to get him ready maybe for game 3 of round two.
