Since the last 6 years the Vivint Delta Center have had sell outs. Utah loves sports. I find it funny, seeing people act like hillbillies live in Utah, and don’t watch sports.

I think we sold out season tickets in 17 minutes.
RegularNumber455
How many of them are people you don’t personally know, Ryan?
ThorlinLurch
A lot of people here are making it painfully obvious they have never been to Utah. People don’t realize how WEALTHY a lot of Mormons are. There is rich and then there is Mormon rich.

I’m one of ‘em!! 🤘

That’s four thirds of a Mullet Arena

I think Utah will win 3 cups this decade.

Anywhere a franchise moves to brand new, something like this would likely naturally happen

FLDS got that tax free money

Kraken had 32,000 in 2 hours and were a year away from their first game. Not only that, the arena wasn’t done, and the team hadn’t even been named yet. This is not a good sign for the stormin Mormons. The Jets/ Yotes/ Mormans franchise is cursed
TacticalYeeter
I don’t doubt the team will do great in Utah.
Might not be a “hockey town” but since it’s the second show in town not the 4th or whatever I think it’ll do ok. Also SLC is nice. Has changed a lot
Fuckthebeard
Utah is gonna love hockey and we all know it
Ballsahoy72
One Mullet in 2 hours? Impressive
Judge_Rhinohold
Aaannnnddd that’s all the unobstructed seats gone. This rink jammed into a basketball arena will get old in a hurry just like Barclays Center.
nhabster
Man fuck this
stykface
I wonder if a lot of people are buying these just to resell during the year having zero interest in the team and not even living in the state.
broadmeadowbk
Yeah cuz Mormons don’t pay taxes. This is extremely uncool. Like most aspects of Utah.
JayTee245
For perspective mullet arena max capacity was 4200 😮
KevinBrevin
That is half of the stadium. Those tickets are going to be very hard to get
The_Comic_Collector
6000 tickets? How will this organization be able to accommodate so many fans at once? 😂
Designer_Scallion_28
I wonder how much a fellas gonna have to pay to take his 4 wives and 12 kids to a game

Dude financially backed Tempe 1st apparently. So there is that.
Guess he was planning on cleaning up their toxic dump with the money he makes off his new NHL team.

Outside of Utah, we know what Joseph Smith and Brigham Young were about, like you have your own bubble and it’s disgusting

Honest question- who did the fans call to buy the tickets? Not the coyotes obviously, I guess they called the nhl?

In Qubec City it would have been 18,000 season ticket deposits in 1 hour.

That can fill 2 Arizona fieldhouses.
