Love this team!!!
It just means the Rangers were the best regular season team and that's it. While it's been a hell of a season, that's just it. It was during the season, the playoffs are a different game entirely. What the Rangers did during the season, doesn't mean anything during the playoffs. With all the being said, Great job Rangers at taking the President Trophy!
Home ice throughout is the real feat. Gonna miss Peca he will be a head coach next year
Awesome season if they didn’t have that stretch of .500 hockey over 26 games they woulda hade over 60 wins for sure

I had my season tickets for 22 years, starting in my sophomore year of high school (1979), through 2001. I can tell you that watching the Rangers from my vantage point ( section 116 – row 20) was phenomenal. All those years of listening to the Fishermen fans chanting "1940" were quickly forgotten. The Cup season was magical, but '92 was pretty darn exciting. You could feel the energy every game. You could see the team evolving, even if the cast of characters would change exponentially.
Yeah, you missed a lot of glory, and that joy will never be replicated.
I do hope my Rangers can erase the 30 years of futility since that last celebration, but there are some challenges with this team.

We were one, if not the best team on the road so to me this doesn't mean much, but it is nice to have home ice. And when they won it in 94, I believe they clinched the presidents trophy that year against the Leafs, which was Mike Gartners first game back at MSG after being traded. I was 13 and it the game with my dad and it was AMAZING!!!
