Canadian teams absolutely own the first 40 years of this chart though

  2. HotHits630

Not only will it end, but it’ll be two Canadian teams in the final.

    That’ll make Gary’s head explode.

Holy shit I never appreciated how good we have it in Pittsburgh. There are some great franchises with huge gapes between wins.

Thank you for putting this picture together! Whoever did it, I took a break from watching hockey for almost 10 years… Life I guess! Anyway, I have a lot to catch up on through the late 2000s and the 2010s, watched a few drafts here and there… But never follow the season, really!

  5. jurkajurka

Vancouver or Edmonton could make the final.

If tis anyone it will be the Jets.

Nobody is ready for elite first line winger Casey Cizikas to carry the Isles to a cup.

I did my bracket today, and I have the Canucks win it all against Florida. So, knowing my prediction track record, The Rags will end their cup drought, and I’ll be punching air the entire summer.

Anyway, playoff hockey is back, and I’m half-heartedly here for it.

    Stupid Devils ruining everything

At least one will be eliminated by round 2. Then the second by round 3. Odds are against us.

We would like to come next!

  11. The Leafs are gonna be up 3-1 late in the third period of Game 7 against Boston, the net empty, and then Boston will tie it and win in overtime. Steve Dangle’s Joker transformation will be fully complete. It is fated.

Montreal just giving everyone the middle finger taking up half the list 😂

I genuinely believe that in the next 5 years (if Calgary get their shit together), we will witness playoffs with all the Canadian teams.

That year we’ll win it for sure. 😎

    Putting everything on canes.

As a Canadian and a Canadian ducks fan, I say nope.
I honestly think that the cup champ will be an American team with a roster FULL of Canadians.

  16. Gv4der7716

Let’s go Bruins, it’s time once again for a beat down in Beantown

  17. Anxious_Gift_1808

Yes, Vancouver will win it in 7 against the panthers

  18. Routine-Experience58

Honestly surprised the Rangers only have 1 cup ever

  19. DHooligan

Lol, last time I saw this posted all the Lightning Cups were removed, so my eyes immediately went to 2004.

Canadian here. Don’t even start lol. Who cares if the team is Canadian or American, like Vancouver is a « Canadian » team mostly rostered by Americans. On the flip side Vegas is an american team with mostly Canadians. Canadian media sucks.

If I’m being non biased I think Edmonton is the only one that has a shot.

    Vancouver – Always chokes

    Winnipeg – Don’t know

    Toronto – No explanation needed

    Edmonton – Final 4

  21. Sparrowhawk996

Nah baby this year is gonna be the year for Winnipeg I can feel it

  22. Beargeist

It’s not all media, cold weather and taxes. NHL Refs, like boxing judges know how to get called for the big games. There are teams that if they don’t win, they might not have a hockey club in 10 years. The NHL is like every other promoter and business.

  23. Alexander_Rover

I wish Vancouver but it will probably be the Stars

  24. dukezap1

Canada doesn’t have a Cup drought when the league and coaches are mostly Canadian lol. Canada wins every year

« Nope lol. Long live the US market & Dollar! » -Gary
