As a Canucks fan who lives in Toronto, I support this message.
I would put Florida and Boston down with the oilers. And move the Avs up one.
The Jets are my second team this go around
I’d bump the Jets down one but otherwise pretty solid
Only change I’d make is switching Florida and Carolina. The Canes are my second team, and I’d love them to see them finally get over that ECF speed bump they keep hitting.

Teams tend to replicate cup champions. We replicated Vegas. If the Kings won it, I wonder if more teams would do the 1-3-1, especially for teams with less firepower

Unpopular opinion. But as a Canucks fan from the US, the Oilers winning wouldn’t drive me that crazy. As much as they are our rivals, they are still a Canadian team and I really get sick of hearing about how the last Canadian team to win the cup was before my wife was born.
As an Islanders fan, this makes me happy because I’ve called the Canucks my second team for years now. Hope to see you in the Finals!
