I wish the Pens never traded Mike Matheson. I thought he was a super solid two-way defender who could skate. Hopefully Graves bounces back, or maybe Pickering impresses enough in camp to make it as that 3rd LD.
The gossip about sid leaving is embarrassing. The way people use his drive and competitiveness to push the narrative is particularly tacky… As if sidney crosby is that desperate for another cup. It feels a lot like projection from people who have never won anything

Im glad i wasnt the only person that noticed. I told my lady "we look nothing like these guys" with regards to the games we watched VS the penguins we watched. There was so much breakout play it started to feel like what Kobe Bryant described about the NBA: accidental basketball. Theres no real organized movement and the league its all happenstance. Unfortunately that means our goalies are seeing a different game than our players are used to
