If this ends up happening, that could mean there’s a real chance that Michkov and Zavragin could end up playing together next season

There’s a flip side to this. That’s another year of Zavragin not getting accustomed to the smaller ice surface. This can be a problem for European goalies coming out of the net to far. It also does nothing for any prospects in the AHL to play in front of Petersen.
