If Juice is healthy on Tuesday and Georgie still starts, I will question everything about the coaching of this team.
I like the levelheaded nature of Bednar. No need to kick your goalie when he’s down. That said, Georgiev shouldn’t be starting again.

It would be hard to say Georgie "gave up" 7 goals. What about the "best goalie in the league", Hellebuyck? He gave up 6, right? I'm not saying 7 is just totally fine, you know, you gotta look for ways to tighten that up. But in context, it wasn't a goalie kind of night, it was a goals kind of night. 2 of those were PP goals, iirc, one of which was a baloney tripping call.

Two things stand out to me looking back. LOC is greatly missed, and missing out on a goalie at the trade deadline is a massive fail.

Georgie has let in 14 goals the last two games against the jets. They need a change in goal.
Without faith in your goaltender, you can't win.
They need Annunen (part of the Duschene trade) in goal so he can get some playoff experience going forward – Giorgiev is done, you can see his reaction after goal 6 and he would just rather be somewhere else!
I think we watched the jets end gorgievs avalanche career. The taunting felt a bit harsh considering that, but it was earned. I felt like seattle broke something in him last year, and he hasnt looked the same since. I dont know what annunen will do in net, but he starts the day he is healthy, and plays out the remainder of the season. Be it 3 more games or till june
