This gives off similar energy to falcons fans recording their watch party of the super bowl.

Beaming with joy…. the music was top notch

Well done video. Islanders faithful are absolutely shook by the team’s implosion last night. Take a listen to the Islanders Anxiety podcast. The hosts are considering booing the Islanders as they take the ice on Game 3.

Jesus with the overly sentimental music I thought I was looking at real time 9/11 reactions from back in the day

  5. Chardl69

To be honest, this was very satisfying. Love seeing Crylanders fans in total shock at their teams complete collapse.

This actually made me sad more than anything. Don’t enjoy reveling in others misery. Very happy for the Canes though.

This edit.. lol wtf.. this music and the edit of his dad super imposed

(Context: his dad just had heart surgery two weeks ago so that’s why he was clutching the pillow and having to leave so early)

    Barstool, man.

Dislike them for many reasons, one of them being their clear Northeastern Angry Guy Corridor-centered content

I will say, the old guy that runs that Italian joint apparently just had some kind of major health issue with his heart, so I’m sincerely glad he’s okay and back watching games with his family

Also appreciate the passion these folks have for their team. Any one of these folks could be me during a Canes playoff game, just throw a black and red jersey on them and give them southern accents.

But I will also say he was bitching about the slash on Slavin and going CANES FANS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED (about what, exactly? I’d expect a guy that’s been around since the days of Fort Neverlose to know what a fucking slash is) so I do have to laugh xD

Best part was five people yelling FUCK at slightly different times when our tying goal went in, all in the exact same NYC/Long Island accent

a bet you wished you had pajama boy now…lol karma is a bitch

Funniest part to me is that when the Canes FIRST score, it’s 3-1, the islanders still lead by 2 goals
and it’s like you can see it in everybody’s expression, they know what’s coming. They sense the impending doom. A 2 goal lead offers them no sense of hope or security whatsoever.

    Gosh this video is amazing.

Yeah, I’m not on board with this.

I sat through those games in a big, empty, echoing Greensboro stadium. Announcers on ESPN making jokes about ‘green acres’. They couldn’t give tickets away. I kept going to games through those 9 straight years when the ‘Canes were always on the bubble, and *always* managed to come up short somehow. Hell, I was at a game against Florida in last year’s playoffs, when they worked so hard and still came up short.

I don’t have much sympathy for the team after the way they acted last night, but I’m not cool with mocking their fans. That feeling sucks. We’ve been there, and at some point down the road we will be again.

This is Bizarro me from last night.

  13. Dinker31

That shock when they weren’t even done processing the 3rd goal and another goes in lmfao

  14. Gaege29

This is the saddest thing I’ve seen all week..

  15. that-bro-dad

Let’s not be sore winners fam. Watching your team implode sucks

  16. fryman36

This reminds me of that Barstool guy who was absolutely dejected when the Yankees lost on a walk off to the Guardians in 2022. You love to see it.

  17. StaneNC

They didn’t get the high stick goal called back reaction? Cmon that must have been so good.

  18. yellow5red40

That Martinook goal tho… I got light headed from my blood rushing elsewhere.

  19. gigglefarting

I just wish they included the reaction of the islanders goal that was disallowed from the high stick
