I'm chalking that up to two horrible plays. Hellebuyck misplaying the puck behind the net, and Ehlers not getting the puck deep when he was lying on the ice. Cannot be making sloppy plays like that.
i’m feeling a little anxious after last night, but let’s all remember: they’ve been on a several game streak. we haven’t felt a loss in a while- it was going to sting. but we knew it was coming. chances are we were not going to sweep Colorado as they are a really good team with a goaltender that can come up clutch. this series is long and we know what our guys are capable of. faith ✈️✈️

Hellebuyck needs to be way better and Toffoli is invisible
My observations overall:
Toffoli is invisible and often seems like he's just gliding.
Stanley has been better than expected, but seems like he sometimes doesnt know what to do with the puck and passes it in an easy giveaway.
Ehlers chemistry with his line suffers when he constantly holds up at the line, makes those little moves before zone entry, etc. Everyone suddenly has to stop.
Helle has been good overall. This is the top offensive team in the league. He's not gonna be able to stop it all so get off him already.
If every player, regardless of skill level, put in the effort the Namestnikov, they'd dominate. He shows up for every shift.
Stick to the defensive structure. That's what had them leading in shots by a wide margin early. As the game went on they abandoned that and look what happened.
We still have a great team and if they make some minor tweaks they'll have an excellent chance to win. Christ….. It's just a ties series now. The sky isn't falling.
Jets are gonna have a really difficult time in the remainder of this series if they keep playing into the Avs gameplan.

Helle has to play way better, and if not, put Brossoit in. Also I'd have Perfetti
in for Toffioli, who has been invisible. Ehlers has really done nothing and he's
a key line driver, and has to step up his play, if the Jets want to take this series.
They must of partied after first win and lost their edge for second game. No more parties till the series is done and won
Look! There’s Neil Pionk who caused the turnover, then couldn’t keep it out of the net, and then is fishing the puck out of the net that he CAUSED for the 5th time in 2 games. And what will Winnipeg fans say? “Like if the fans were wearing blue instead of white, they like totally would be doing better and stuff.” Watch Dallas vs Vegas. Every single defenceman on both teams are LIGHT YEARS ahead of ours. But hey. It’s not like we have Miller and Schmidt in the press box or something. SMFH
