It's time for a comment from an old guy of 70 years. Some one go back to look at the Habs and Blackhawks, John Ferguson was assigned to shadow Bobby Hull and make life difficult for him. That he did. As a couch Keefe should have seen how the game was being played, loose and open, and put someone on Marchand. Maybe the Gorilla Glue company can sponsor Domi. He would be good to annoy anyone. But for Keefe to sing the praises of the Bruins captain is wrong. The Bruins showed their style in the first game. With all the electronics, replays, stats, etc. the Leafs are not playing any better . The human involvement is not there.

Refs were terrible. For both sides. Lots of diving and chippy play. Zero calls. Was mind blowing. I’m a bruins fan and that game was crazy.

I hate jumping on the “blaming the officials” bus, BUT FOR FUCK SAKES, the tying goal couldn’t have happened if the play had been blown down, it couldn’t have been a more blatant infraction(s). The Leafs won’t win a damned thing if they can’t score with the man advantage. Thanks to bad officiating someone will have to injure The Rat. Sure, Sammy let in a stinker, but with an offence like the Leafs have, and multiple PPs, there really shouldn’t be any pressure at all on Leaf goalies, they (the Leaf forwards) should be able to fill the damned net, and for some Leafy reason they can’t.
Bertuzzi dove. Refs missed calls on both sides. they let them play and in the end Toronto had 5 power plays to Boston's 3 . Loafs took their foot off the gas like always and sucked in the third.
