Hommage des Penguins de Pittsburgh aux Canadiens, 22 octobre 2014



Les Penguins de Pittsburgh chantent l’hymne canadien (qui n’est normalement pas chanté lors de matchs impliquant deux équipes américaines) en hommage à deux soldats qui ont perdu la vie à cause d’attaques terroristes sur leur sol national. Beaucoup de respect à l’organisation des Penguins de Pittsburgh, à leurs fans et à nos frères/sœurs aux États-Unis.

  1. After listening to this, I was surprised to discover that here in Canada we have an english only anthem, a french only anthem, and 2 different bilingual version. I m totally lost, as I didnt find the bilingual version I know starting with french and ending with english.

  2. Thank you Pennsylvania and the USA!! Our governments may have their tiffs,…but NO finer neighbor could be had!

  3. A game invented by Canadians, a team saved and owned by a Canadian, and half the players are Canadians. Makes sense. And yes, a class act, too.

  4. I am american and I love Canada I am so glad you guys are our neighbors we have your backs and you have ours. RIP to the two soldiers that lost their life we can't ask for better neighbors

  5. They were embarrassed to admit that they knew the words to O Canada and not The Star Spangled Banner.

  6. Class act by our American neighbours. We have our differences and disputes but at the end of the day we are the closest allies and always have one anothers backs.
