28 years, 8 different owners and literally none of them remotely competent. The NHL was so desperate to keep the team in Arizona that they'd jump on any potential owner willing to do so no matter the red flags. I firmly believe hockey can work in Arizona but you need someone decent in charge. I'm not gonna write the state off as a hockey dead zone if they didn't get a chance. Goes for pretty much any market, you need a franchise not under the constant threat of relocation and a team that isn't awful. Potential fans never had a reason to buy in when the team either sucked or was about to move. Even if you created fans, why would they set themselves up for heartbreak instead of rooting for someone else? Tickets would be cheap when they came to visit.

Keith Tkachuk was a winger not a defenseman. Otherwise great video!
If you get a chance, check out how the coyotes became a dumping ground for career ending injury player contracts. Funny stuff.
Anson Carter is trying to bring back an ATL team. GOOOOOOD LUCK. To see ATL NHL hockey again would be AWESOME.
