Luke Hughes will be an awesome D-man for the Devils, in the future. He just needs to hit the weights and add about 15 lbs of muscle this off season.
Maybe the Devils have a recruitment program. If you bring in a player you get a $500 bonus. 😊
This type of stuff is perfect for Luke. Like you said, more experience from playing with others.
International hockey is coming back at such a perfect time. Since the USA born players have been making huge ground on Canadian born players over the past decade and they should over take Canada in the next ten years, this is only the start of USA domination on the international level. Our “roster” is insane and I don’t get that feeling with Canada’s. Great, but not insanely great.
As for the traveling to the Global Series game. It is kinda a lot to go watch hockey, but I made it my yearly vacation. After Prague, I’m flying to Rome, train to Sicily and then a two day layover in Istanbul. My overseas vacations are like adventures. It’s fun af and some things are once in a lifetime. I have everything booked and tickets bought except for the Prague to Rome flight and a train from Siracusa to Palermo 🙂
If you are really thinking about it, get your Passport if you don’t have one. It could take awhile to receive it.

Matthew Tkachuk wanted out of Calgary after they went 50-21 and were STACKED. I think its not beyond the realm of possibility that Brady might want out of Ottawa after no playoffs in six seasons. You never know! 🙂

Luke is gonna be a superstar, no doubt. Anyone who's worried about his weight… stop worrying, he's got a frame that can take more size, he's only 20… he'll fill out with proper conditioning. LGD 😎
