If the NHL is even remotely serious about promoting players looking after their mental health and removing that stigma, Kyl is the winner. Seeing him smile after scoring some beauty goals this year was the highlight of this fan’s 2023/2024 season.

Obviously I would love to Kylington win this award but any one of the three are a good choice. I’m a huge fan of Connor Ingram as he has been pretty open about his struggles with mental health and seeing Freddy Andersen come back from major blood clot issues to dominate has been pretty great as well.
