The D-men were incredible, Woll was incredible. Loved seeing him moving around the net.
Nylander was an absolute god. Hands down my favorite Leafs player of all time.
Marner will come through in game seven getting a goal and two assists, along with another solid defensive game again, playing a tight box and keeping everything to the outside and letting Woll see the puck. If he sees it, he'll stop it, Woll's a rockstar back there.
Solid effort from the forwards who continuing to come back down low to help out their d and break up the cycle, and not cheating for offense.
Nice to see this full team effort a couple games in a row now. Make it three and you'll win the series.
End it in game 7 by finally going 2 for 3 on the PP to put you over the top winning 4-2. You've got this boys.

The difference was in part that the leafs played 60 mins and that was the first time e this year.
I see a lot of people saying it was a boring game but if you love defense (as I do) that was amazing to watch. The crowd was unreal and I wish they were like that every game. Boston shouldnt of let Willy wake up, I said it after the first goal. Knies is a beast and he just keeps getting better….in Woll we trust

Roughly 10 minutes into the first period and Nylander slows up when he could have gone for the puck on the shoot-in. It's a shame he's such a coward when it comes to going in after the puck on a shoot-in. He could have had a hat trick I'm sure, and the team as a whole could have scored more had that not been the case. I can only imagine the powerhouse scoring machine this guy could be if he would only stop being so passive on the forecheck. The one time in the game where he threw his weight around proved it, IMO. Yeah, it's great, he scored 2 goals… but man, I can only imagine how many he'd get if he wasn't so passive.
In any event, the Leafs should believe in themselves now. They know they CAN win game 7 if they put their hearts and minds into it because they've already done it 3 times prior. The last two games show how different things can be when you start on time and have a different mindset.

Matthews being out not only has made the players work harder…but the coaches as well. They get too ‘lazy’ trying to program the offence all around Matthews sometimes. If he’s back for game 7 I hope they use him more as a decoy and keep the rest of the boys getting those offensive looks.
