I’ll take another serving of that please and thank you.

We would have won a cup by now if we just had a good goalie the last 5 years

Ah right, he lost in relief.
Edit: I guess people are thinking I intended this to be slanderous to Woll, so might as well lean right into it. We lost 3-2, he had 3 GA in 42 minutes, and an 0.857.

If pre-injury Woll is back than we have as good a chance as any team

I really do think Woll can provide the type of steady goaltending the team has lacked for a good part of the Matthews and Marner era. He’s taken his time to develop, but it obviously seems like he’s ready to step up. I don’t know that he’ll ever be an all-star calibre goalie, but I think he can certainly provide enough of the saves when the team needs them.
It makes me excited for the next few seasons. He could really be the missing piece of the core where it’s needed the most.

Dudes got that idgaf, just doing my best attitude, which is key for a goalie.
Campbell, Reimer, and even Anderson all let the pressure get to them.
Honestly I’m just glad the game is on the road, way easier to just focus on your job and not feel like you have 20 thousand people counting on you to.

I have been screaming since he came back from injury that he needs to be the guy.
I like Sammy when he is hot, but he is lukewarm on average, and he does not have what it takes to be a starter in Toronto.
Woll is the starter of the future and should be played like it.

Again, petitioning for them to start playing this song at the rink…. We could use a unique fan engagement gimic and a crowd full of people singing this would be outstanding

Would’ve been even better if that 0.1 buzzer beater didn’t go in lol. That feels so bad for a goalie.

It’s been, what? 20+ years since the Leafs have had a big game goalie?
