I can’t stand this guy. He’s an absolute plug with a horrendous attitude. Watching him lazily glide around in a playoff elimination game is infuriating and I don’t even like the Kings lol. This guy is 25 YEARS OLD lol. This is when he should be hitting his stride, but it’s clear he just does not care wherever he is. How can you be unhappy playing professional hockey in LA.
His exit interview was a PR disaster. When asked what he could do to improve for the next season, he said he planned to go to the gym to workout and do some skating drills. Huh? GM Blake got sucker punched with this deadweight so-called hockey player.

Didn't like the trade for DuBois from the very beginning. I loved the Kings upper management when they were actual players, but not sure they've been doing a great job in procurement/development.

Hands down the Worst GM in the NHL is Rob Blake with the worst trade and contract in NHL history yes NHL!!! Kings should buy PLD out and Fire Blake and Luc Robitaille also the so called VP who watched all this madness happen and hold them both responsible for the PLD contract!!!!

The only contract worse than his is Calgary signing Hubereau for $10.5 for eight years.
PLD coasts on the ice and has no passion/heart when he plays. He sounds very meek in interviews for a big strong guy. I'd take a player like Lizzotte one of the smallest players in the NHL 100x over PLD. This guy's a ghost and should be ashamed of his play, he's robbing the Kings Team and the Kings fans. A buy out would suck but you gotta rip that band aid off and move on. Blake needs to go too, he's made some very bad deals as Kings GM. Loved him as a player but not as the Kings GM.

Kings head coach should be fired for game 82….pulling the goalie to tie the game…to make sure they play the Oilers in the first round. Stupid move.
Kings traded Brock Faber and a 1st for Kevin Fiala.
They trade Gabe Vilardi, Alex Iafallo, and a 2nd for Dubois. And sign him for 8 years.
These are two forwards who absolutely require an open system to thrive.
Then, the Kings spend the season playing 1-3-1 like it's still 2014. WTH? Totally brainless.

You wouldn’t play well either if you had to play with a rookie and a 4th line winger for the whole season lol. Don’t get me wrong, it was a bad trade, but Blake screwed him the opportunity to play well. The system that Blake has for this team is garbage, and he put him with garbage players for a majority of the year. Once Hiller took over as head coach, his lines got even more inconsistent. At the end of the day, it’s on Rob Blake.
