In my opinion, I think having that time off hurt us. It did throughout the reg season.
Canes played good and we could all sit here and say could of would of should of still won't change the 4to3 loss
As a Rangers fan I think Rangers just know how to play well against Brindamour coaching style and playstyle and I think Rangers stars when they are on is better than Canes stars just being honest. Also people are saying Canes depth is deeper but I do not agree with that, I think Rangers depth is better than Canes I really think so not to go against Canes. They are still good, but Rangers are better. The Canes got away with 2 more penalties as well that crosschecking call hurting Trocheck and that penalty on Rempe should not have been called he was pushed to his own goaltender from a Canes player.
