For Berube to come to Ottawa there has to be communication within management between the GM and the head coach.That communication needs to be positive.They need to be on the same page as to the kind of players to have on the team.
Dorion wasn't connected to the players.He didn't understand how to build a team and what pieces were needed and are needed.
I still don’t understand the carousel BS… McLellan, Evanson and Green have NOT been successful in the NHL so how are they gonna take one of the worst rosters in NHL and have success. Insanity!!

Most of the Leaf Nation podcasts say Keefe is as good as gone. Sens should sign him in a millisecond…better then these 4 options (really 3 – Berube not coming to Ottawa).
Staios has waited too long. We will get the bottom of the barrel NHL coach and the cheapest. This management is not really better than the last in my opinion. They will go on the cheap for everything. No faith in Staios. He should have hired a GM with NHL experience.

No one knows shit about coaches, but everyone is all of a sudden pretending to be an expert simply by looking at a guy's record. Rick Tochet had a losing record as a coach when he was hired by the Canucks and now he's nominated for the Jack Adams. The amount of fucking morons that aren't aware that they are fucking morons is highly concerning. I 1000% support whatever decision our guy Steady Steve makes.
