1. We always one loopsided underdog win a series in thebplayoffs and we did not see one in the 1st round so either one of Bruins or Cancucks is gonna pull one over Florida or Oilers respectively.

  2. Hey johnny we really need a video about makar because this guys is so underrated in the league and people seem to not understand how he take is team to another level like he did 2 year ago on that avs run

  3. go avs. Jets were the best defensive team right? helly was the vezina right? macks got that dogg and there is a reason why the stars vets dont have a cup

  4. I want a rangers oilers final. Two great hockey cities. But cant count out the avs or panthers
    .

  5. Oilers 6
    Avs 7
    Rangers 7
    Florida 5

Oilers beat Florida in 6 games in the SCF.

  6. Rangers over Canes: the rangers have a lot of momentum right now with a 7 game winning streak (including last 2 regular season games) and have the 1994 superstition, the canes really made quick work of the islanders only because of how the islanders constantly shot themselves in the foot and the rangers are a team who don’t make as many of those kinds of mistakes

Panthers over Bruins: Panthers look like cup contenders right now and the same cannot be said about the bruins, the panthers have had plenty of rest while the bruins are still tired, the main factor will be bob vs swayman and bob has just been too much better lately

Canucks over Oilers: the oilers did win in 5 but it’s against their division rivals who they’ve beaten in the playoffs 3 straight years now. Canucks have lots of heart and emotion to help them get the series but it will be a close one.

Avs over Stars: yes Vegas was the defending cup champions but being the second wild card spot should be enough to show they weren’t on that level this year. Stars still had to go the distance with them and I see them as very similar to the 2023 devils. They’re good but the Avs in my eyes generally seem like the more talented team (and more rested).

  7. If the ref's don't help mcbaby, and especially if Demko returns healthy, oilers are toast.

  8. how can you forget Lehkonen and Nichuskin who are on fire right now, Avs win the series 4-2

  9. I think it does mean something Boston swept Florida in the regular season I think last year will be a big driver for them, I think Rangers are gonna take the canes in 7 I feel like we Shesterkin is gonna be the xfactor for them. I have Edmonton purely because of the power play I’m gonna be they’re willing to take penalties if it means getting some power plays I got oilers in 6, I totally agree stars are really stacked and have good depth I’ve stars in 7

  10. It's funny in NBA they just start the next round if 2 teams are matched up for the next round already even if the previous round isn't completely finished

Now it happened in the NHL lotta fans are finding it weird 🤣

  11. Canuck fans are the only people who think the Canucks are going to beat the Oilers lol. Canucks have 500 games in playoff experience while the Oilers have more then 1100. Corey Perry alone has more than 200. Also seeing canucks fans saying Oilers are a 2 man team who have no defense or goaltending which is very laughable. The Oilers have more depth then the Canucks in every way but Goaltending however Skinner/Pickard have been a solid tandem and Skinners numbers have been insane since they got rid of Woodcroft. Oilers also have 2 norris caliber Dman who play on the same pair in Ekholm/Bouchard. Oilers also have 2 of the best top-rated defensive pairings in the league if you look at every metric. Ekholm/Bouchard & Kulak/Desharnais. Then you have Nurse/Ceci who are solid as well. McDavid & Draisaitl are tied 2nd in all-time in points per game in the playoffs (1.611) only behind the great one (1.837). And then you have Hyman who is scoring more then a goal per game so far this playoffs and Draisaitl scoring at a goal per game so far. Y'all canucks fans really need to stfu being so cocky and arrogant. Still cheesing about regular season accomplishments like they mean jack fucking shit. Congrats on your Presidents trophy and sWeEpInG us in the regular season when we were at our absolute worst before Woody got canned and the last game was without McDavid so congrats on that again y'all are soo much better then the Oilers it's gonna be such an easy series for you guys.

  12. Watching this video was like hearing all my exact thoughts out loud. I 100% agree with all your predictions man.

  13. confused at your perspective on the Avs. Otter was almost equally as up and down all season as Georgiev was. CO has similar depth up front with their deadline pickups as well as vets who have won the cup. PLUS they have superstars and with the addition of Walker an equally nasty D-Core. I'm sorry but if Hellebuyck couldn't steal the series for the jets, I don't see a worse goalie in Otter doing it. Avs in 5, maybe even 4 with a depleted Stars

  14. This year it's foing to be Florida against Colorado. I WANT Vancouver to win now, but they can't do it. Edmonton is going to beat Van and lose to Colorado

  15. No Vancouver will win in seven but I do get that mcdavid and draisaitl are very good but the regular season shows even at the end when Edmonton was good they still beat and yes I know that mcdavid wasn’t playing but even still vancouvers defence is good and can really lay some thunderous hits when they need to go canucks go

  16. -focuses on colorados big names
-forgets the avs leading goal scorer was Nichushkin with 7 goals

    Yeah youre full of shit

  17. Luv seeing all the Canucks haters riding McDavid’s jock strap and totally overlooking the regular season despite Vancouver being undefeated against Edmonton in 4 games with a 21-7 goal differential.

We’ll be waiting for the winner of Dallas/Colorado in round 3.

    Canucks in 6.

  18. While I would love to throw in some arguments in one direction or another concerning the different matchups, I believe you nailed it. 100 % agreed on every single series (even though I believe my Oilers can do it in 5). Continue your great work, love your vids!

  19. Fantastic video! I will say though your takes are always on point, but i disagree with two of them. Canes have had such a wild last couple of years, where they are CONSTANTLY the cup favourite and lose. I think they are in it to win it, and even though they dropped game 1, canes in 6. Also, literally everyone is doubting the Canucks right now, 23/24 espn reporters said OIL>, but the canucks have so much depth, especially on their defencive end that can totally bring the shots down. And even Silovs or DeSmith can take care of the loose change. As well, Oilers star power constantly doesn't show up when it matters. I may be a little biased as a flames fan beacuse im going to the game 5 in Vancouver, and hate the oilers with a passion, but im still convinced itll be VAN in 7.
