I usually try to avoid speculations until the players are actually drafted by their teams.

I don’t even want to allow myself to get excited thinking about him and how he’d fit in
Did the same with Bedard and that was too painful
Just hoping we get one of Demidov Celebrini and Levshunov

Zegras – Carlsson – Gauthier
Killorn – McTavish – Terry
Vatrano – Celebrini – Strome
Cant’s start him top 2 lines. Third gives him more time to learn with less direct responsibility. A month in the AHL would be even better long term to develop confidence gradually while hopefully dominating for the Gulls. He has immediate NHL talent, but sending him to the AHL for a coffee break could have longterm benefits (plus the Ducks will inevitably lose their entire top line to injury on the opening faceoff of game 1, so you can bring him in to fill in at that point).

Shrugs. I’m not super enthusiastic about Celebrini. I hope we’re not in the mix in the future, but both the 2025 and 2026 drafts look like much better draft years to fail in. Don’t get me wrong, Celebrini would be great, but I don’t really care where we draft this year – all of the potential top 5 options look decent without significantly changing the Ducks future.

There is no reason to even get your hopes up Chicago already won. The draft order 1-5 is:
