    Hopefully not Lindstrom.

EDIT: death threats over a disagreement about a hockey player. Some real quality people lurking in here.

  2. Beefiest_bison

    My list would go:

    1) Demidov

    2) Lindstrom

    3) Catton/Iginla

  3. Dexteris

Hughes said in his interview in french that they would pick BPA.. I don’t understand lol

  4. crissdecaliss

This is Kotkaniemi all over again. You can’t say you draft BPA and then say you’ll definitely draft a forward

  5. Frectozhae

Demidov is going top 3, so Lindstrom if we’re lucky. If not, it’s either Iginla or Sennecke, but I think Iginla will be the choice here.

I’d be very happy with it.

  6. jadenspan

I could see Demidov falling to us, after celebrini we may very well see 2 dmen go between 2-4

  7. Realistic-Clothes-17

That’s not what he said. He said if all things were equal they would take a forward. But if there is a d that has separated himself they would take best player.

  8. DCARRI3R3

    1. Demidov 2. Ignla 3. Lindstrom 4. Trade that shit for marner

    Edit: forgot the /s

  9. mikegimik

Guys on this sub have really convinced me on Catton, something about the kid is really appealing for our depth.

  10. Iron_Deer_QC

Don’t know why but I Don’t set expectations for Lindstrom sadly for him I think he end up in Columbus

  11. Husskies

For anyone who didn’t watch Kent Hughes, that’s a lie, he didn’t say that. At most he said that everything else being equal he would take a forward.

  12. Physical-Asparagus48

    1. SJ – Celebrini
    2. CHI – Levshunov
    3. ANH – Dickinson
    4. CBJ – Lindstrom
    5. MTL – Demidov

    🙏

  13. eriverside

Yup, still thinking we should have gone for a forward last year and waited for a D this year.

  14. ThyQuack

Chicago and Anaheim could both use a top defenseman which could leave us with Demidov and Lindstrom

  15. You’d think comprehension was a skill you’d need to be a reporter…

  16. Minato_is_God

If Levshunov somehow gets out of the top 4, I think I’d just pick him tbh

  17. Would you say what your plan is? Why would i tell my ennemies what i’m gonna do

  18. Studly_Wonderballs

How funny would it be if they took a defenceman and then claimed they always take the best player available?

  19. G_skins31

Who ever they draft I will complain about it :p

After a quick look at the other teams’ subreddits:

    1. San Jose is excited to take Celebrini.
    2. Chicago is pretty unanimous they’ll take Demidov. They think they’ve got a lot of D prospects and Demidov would fit with Bedard, Moore, and Nazar.
    3. Anaheim seem to want Levshunov. They also mention Helenius and Lindstrom.
    4. Columbus is a little more unpredictable. Lindstrom seems to have the most support, but Iginla, Helenius, Silaev, and Dickinson get some love as well.

    Shark : Celebrini

Hawks: Their subs is divided between Demidov or a D ( a D would be the smarter, dont go EDM route)

Ducks : Their sub is high on Levshunov, they need a RHD, may also go for Demidov

CBJ: Wild spot its 50/50 for a D or foreward, there is some talk for lindstrom on their sub.

If one of Demidov / Lindstrom is available i’m willing to make a trade with CBJ to secure one of them, hopefully it wont cost the moon since its 1 spot.

My wish list if we can get any one of these guys in order of preference:

    Demidov
    Lindstrom
    Catton
    Parekh
    Eiserman

Keep away from iginla, doesn’t have an it factor that all the above have. Find him overrated from all the hype and smoke and mirrors of “He’s RiSiNg uP tHe DrAfT BoArD”

  23. EmTeeEl

That’s just because the assumption is that Levshunov will be gone, otherwise Levshunov is the right pick… We’d kinda be set on the blue line.

  24. theboss555

I’d imagine character has a big part in their choice, so don’t be too surprised with their pick. I trust whoever they pick

  25. newf_13

No one good in the draft , use the draft pick to trade for a vet scorer
