Again?
Ahhh yes, get rid of a few hundred/thousand seats to make way for VIP seating, jack up prices and change the jumbotron. Can’t wait for two tickets to go see a game to now cost my entire paycheque for seats in the Super Fun Molson Family Saputo Enhanced Zone.
Hopefully it’ll be like the one in Detroit!
The current one still feels new to me. It’s hard to beleive it’s already 15 years old
So, fun fact, I’ve been up in the top area of the Bell center as a contractor, doing maintenance on a piece of equipment up there. There is a large grill area up there with catwalks and stuff you can walk around on. And one day the Jumbotron was pulled « up » and out of the way, so there it was, just so close to me. And there was this railing, and a couple foot gap, so I reached out and touched it. That’s it. It didn’t feel like anything special. But I figured not a lot of people can say they touched it haha. Now that story will never be relevant anymore, so I figured I’d tell it here one last time. Cheers
