@Canucks de Vancouver

1. slowly becoming my new favourite player, especially after the hit on kane was fcking hilarious!🤣

  2. Every deep playoff run by an overlooked team requires that teams depth be shown, and big Z is one of many showing the canucks are a deep, solid playoff team

  3. i dont see the edmonton penilty. if it was kane then kane would have served it. perry served it. someone else aparently did something but know one knows what.

  4. Zadorov has been good though being in his decisive contact year he’s pushing himself to the limit of being effective 3-4D while playing 20 minutes of ice time. It’s not sustainable if you ask me. He’s probably gonna revert to his Chicago version of himself once he secures a good contract. Maybe embracing him to a leadership role could help with that I dunno.

  5. Zadorov sees kane skating uncontrollably toward the bench knowing exactly what was about to happen and quickly moves in to try to prevent him from falling head first into perrys' lap however this being his intention all along poor Nikita would struggle unsuccessfully to prevent the inevitable then not once but twice his very life was threatened by skates flailing and how is he re payed ? A hand shake ? A pat on the back ? A simple thank you sir ? You guessed it a penalty locked him up like a common criminal.

  6. As a canuck fan the most frustrating part for me was the passive third period in game 2. That was really a huge mistake. Just a little more push back like they played the 3rd in game 3 and there is a good chance the canucks would be playing for the sweep in game 4.

    Lindholm starting to roll should be a fantastic thing. If it forces the Oilers to pay attention to that line then EP's line are going to get an easier match up and that would really create a huge depth advantage even more than it already is.

    Soucy got a game, and yeah, he deserved it. I know…McD was being a whinny little baby with the slash, but you've gotta let it go. Shame Hyman didn't get suspended for the same thing on big Z. Even worse as Z needed stitches apparently. Soucy out for game 4 kind of sucks but they managed huge chunks of this season with him out so they should be OK. Juulsen's been really good in relief.

    Just stick to the system. Good signs showing that they're improving their discipline and systems play. Notice how the canucks were being a bit passive like in game 2, just before the 3rd Oiler goal? The responded very well. They realized it, and started pushing back a little. It lead to 2 or 3 nice clears in that final minute and no great chances for the Oil.

    The PK too. Yeah it was only 50% and that's not great but they killed those last 2 in very solid fashion when it was a huge moment for the Oilers.

    Their confidence is growing. They know they can control these games and "out discipline" the Oilers with regards to their system. It's true that Dry and McD are capable of single handedly wining this series but in order for that to happen the canucks goal tending would have to fall off a cliff and they'd have to lose focus with their systems play. All things right now point to the systems play improving, not getting worse, so I just don't see it happening. They're in great shape but they've really got to push to get this next one. A loss is not the end of the world but it sure would be nice to be able to wrap this thing up at home.

  7. Zadorov is a beast. He almost single handily won that series between Col and Cgy. Just relentless on the forecheckers which made Cgy puck shy. I’m a Calgary fan and Van stole him for a 3rd

  8. Oilers fan here. I have to tip my hat to Zadorov. He's one of those players that you love to hate when he's against you, but admittedly would love to have on your team. Sadly, I thought the same thing about Perry in the past and had hoped he would be a good signing, but he hasn't done much at all in the playoffs. But anyway, it looks like Vancouver robbed Calgary blind on this trade.

  9. Zadorov the Coward that likes to strike from the back. Gotta keep a close eye on that guy never know what the cowardly has up his sleeve next.
