I wouldn’t even engage rangers fans at this point considering their behavior last game. Just straight ignore them.

Don’t settle for BBQ nachos on the ground floor the stands up stairs usually have shorter lines and move faster. Cheerwine slushies are in the markets on the ground level. Don’t buy into the garbage from the NY fans they won’t shut up they just want your attention

Whatever happens don’t engage with opposing fans. Not worth it.

Tell any Rags fans you see that “we saw you walk out of your house early, don’t think you’re welcome in ours”

Congrats! Payoff hockey is on a whole other level. These teams are very close and it can very easily come down to our boys morale. Rags fans are annoying enough to try their own chants at OUR ice. You remind them it’s OUR ice. The moment they start, chant over them, counter it, do whatever you can to drown them out no matter what the score is. We’ve proven we can come back and take the lead in the final minutes! Let the team know you got their back to keep them in the game.

Massive Tip: get parking now through ParkWhiz. Shiz goes up to like $50 on gameday

Go down to the ice for warm ups; grab a Storm Brew; BE LOUD AS FUCK!

You’re going to be amazed at the sound. It’s truly astoundingly loud in there.

hope you don’t need to hear on friday.

Tip #1 – don’t give away your exact seat info… lol

Bathroom lines are insane during the playoffs. Go to the bathroom during the last tv timeout of the period (inside 5 mins; look for the red light between the penalty boxes to go on after a stoppage, that’s your signal since you won’t recognize the chime).

Rest your voice ahead of it. You’re gonna need it. The first playoff game I went to, I stood for a large portion of the game and was definitely hoarse afterwards.

Ignore the opposing fans, the rags like to sip on verbal juice boxes the whole game.

Get in early and get to your seats well before the « 7PM » start time. Playoff video intro is long and well worth the watch.

Bring earplugs .. seriously. The dB levels get above 115 at times.

  15. austdemar

bbq sandwich and ignore the rangers fans.

Same boat here buddy, let’s get it!

Yes, Ranger fans are atrocious. And there will unfortunately be LOTS of them in our barn tomorrow.

  18. TWANGnBANG

Bring earplugs just in case. If you don’t use them, you might have someone sitting near you sincerely overwhelmed just by the sheer volume of everything.

make sure your throat hurts for at least 2 days after

Go early, it’s so worth it to be one of the first in and take your time. (Up to you to participate or not, but be aware fans yell « RED » when it hits during the National Anthem, so if you want to it’s better to be aware it’s coming instead of missing out)

Hit up The Eye (I always feel rushed in there but if I try and really take my time and ignore the busyness of it, I always enjoy looking and/or buying).

The Gonzas nachos are better than the NC BBQ Company nachos, but the BBQ is delicious so get the sandwich if you go that route.

There’s nothing like playoff hockey you think PNC is loud just wait till you are there during a game when we score. Advice is just take it all in it’s a real special feeling

  22. You yell as loud as you possibly can until you can’t talk for the next 2 days… and whatever you do, no matter how the game is going, you NEVER, EVER, I MEAN EVER, boo our team, EVER.

My advice is to stop buying from ticket resale sites. Can get much better deals here on Reddit or on the Facebook groups, or even Ticketmaster. Can get a pair of tickets (nonresale) in uppers from Ticketmaster for $413 and can do better than that on Reddit/Facebook.

  24. MunchamaSnatch

During the national anthem we yell Red. Don’t let it catch you off guard lol

  25. Dorkymusichero

The rangers fans around me last game were awful. They were obnoxious and also did not know what was going on half the time, only player they knew was Igor.

One of them yelled out « They tried to stop us from getting tickets, but they did not know that we live here ». 😒

  26. Emotional_Employ_507

Damn. $300 tickets get you 300’s now? I went to game 5 in 06 and we had 100’s level tickets for that price. Oh how far we’ve come.
