Maybe it’s my limited hockey knowledge (I didn’t grow up with it like I did with baseball), but I cannot decide between Levshunov and Demidov. Both fill gaping holes in the lineup, and both are the correct choice.
Maybe I lean a bit more toward Levshunov because I know that defensemen who have the potential to be as well-rounded as Hedman are fucking rare, but so are people with playmaking abilities like Demidov.
The decision paralysis is maddening.

Despite my bias, take the BPA. If they believe it’s Levshunov then so be it. Same with Demidov as well. If it’s Mews, questionable but so be it. They need to pick their BPA not fill a need.

Demidov at 2, a power forward like Hemming or Chernyshov at 20, and then a RHD at 34 like Mews, Emery, or Badinka would be perfect for us.

Really good video overall. I think the 2OA debate is good but I still don’t think there is a wrong choice.
