  1. I hope the Canes got that kid a signed stick or something like that. Good learning experience for him…sometimes your team loses and it hurts, but he'll get over it. Canes are a great team. A Cup in their near future is certainly possible.

  2. That kiddo broke my heart. His loyalty to his team when things go badly demonstrates character. The Canes should send him an autographed jersey.

  3. Yeah, I'm a Rangers fan and I expected them to take this series, and the next series but this was a strange one. A couple games, I think 1 & 2 they won but appeared to be outplayed they still seemed to have control of the games…and game 6 Canes ringing 2 goal posts only to surrender the 2 goal lead. I mean you look at this series and say the Rangers had 2 things the Canes didn't, goaltending and luck as they appeared dominated and outchanced much of the time…but if you look deeper the Canes had very few screens, very few in close deflection chances and the Rangers achilles heal aka the slot was pretty well covered mostly…I'm enthralled, been a Rangers fan for many years and I forgot what it's like to have a coach who actually employs strategy.

  4. The fact that no one seemed to comfort that young boy and he was just left there crying by himself at the end of the game will always irritate me.

  5. apparently in game 5 some flu like sickness was going around the rangers locker room, which may explain the level of poor play by NYR in game 5

  6. Brind’ Amour’s rigid commitment to the system is going to end up costing him his job. He’s a good coach, but he cant switch anything up mid period, and it’s really starting to show in Playoff series year after year.

  7. 8. Would've rather seen a Bruins Rangers ECF, Boston vs NY never gets old. But it feels right for the Rangers to have to go through the defending conf champs to break through and get a glimpse at the cup.

    And then lose in 5.

  9. Dude, always the bridesmaid never the bride? Are you just a pretender or do you know something of hockey? Canes won cup in 2006. Went to finals in 02. And this year, you think your high paid unlimited budget birches walked past canes? Every single game was close. Matter on inches or nono seconds. Series could have very easily gone another way. So please be a real analyst and not a home team bigot and hockey pretender.

  10. When I saw this kid on tv I knew he was going to be plastered all over hockey news. Funny screen but I feel for this poor kid who didn't ask for this attention.

  11. That crying kid reminds me of me. Same situation with my sharks. In the 2008 semifinal against Dallas. We go down 3-0 and then win games 4 and 5 in dramatic fashion. Although we lost in 4ot. I don't know if it's worse to lose by giving up a 3-1 lead or losing in 4ot, but I feel his pain.

  12. Game isn’t over as of writing this, but looking forward to commentary on the called back OT goal in the Avs-Dallas game. As an Avs fan, super happy about it, but I’m not sure I agree with the call…

  13. Crazy series. Carolina has a solid fan base, would've rooted for them if the Rangers lost. Definitely won't root for FL or Boston

  14. playing the bruins was 100% the better deal for us but obviously impossible cause the panthers are insane.. the eastern conference final is the Stanley cup this year. Whoever wins that series wins the cup I can promise you that. LGR!!!!!

  15. I'm a short term Rangers fan for their next series. If they fall to the Panthers I'll be a temporary fan of whoever wins the West. I really hope the Rangers win in 6 or less.

  16. IT was bad enough the TNT director was a dick and broadcasting to a national audience. But to have a failing YouTube channel ALSO be a dick and use the bawling child as your thumbnail. Do yo REALLY thin that is going to help your forever alone incel status?

  17. Hey Cane fans. This is how good your not. Funny how you can beat a team with 12 starters out and be so pumped about it. This shows just how average your team is. Happy you lost…

  18. Dallas just beat the Avs in 6. Just thought I would let a hater know.
Dallas will beat any team in the east in 6. The would starch the Rangers in 5 tbh.
