I know it’s risky with Leach, but I would love to see him be the head coach. His defensive coaching seems to be getting better with each passing season. I would imagine the first season would be rough, but would get better as he gets adjusted to being a head coach. I would also see that as a concern for Ron who is on borrowed time.
I think it’s Disco Dan’s job, if he wants it.
Like last time, I’m prepared for a name from out of nowhere. GMRF does not leak. As for Francis being borrowed time, I can see it only if the reports of ownership being anxious for the Kraken to get more successful before the Sonics return are true. He’s famously very Conservative and patient. He and Kron build through the draft. But that patience can wear thin.

Borrowed time? No. Pressure to get the coaching hire right? Yeah, definitely. But that’s just life in the NHL.
