    Tampa and Boston are much harder opponents than what the Rangers had to go through whatever with those bullshit stats. Stats go out the window when you get punched in the mouth.

    It’s so hard to judge this series the way you are here.
    The Rangers have played against rush teams the past 3 series they’ve played. The Panthers are a forecheck team that takes body first, puck second. We have no idea how the Rangers will adjust to this.
    Comparing goaltending via playoff numbers is wild to me as well. The Rangers played the capitals in R1.

    Panthers beat the best goalie in Swayman and the bruins team defense is also better in my opinion.

    Cats fan here. Not worried about Igor since Panthers have shown to not be phased by a top tender.

    I’m a huge Ranger fan, have been for 55 years. But Bobrovsky can play out of his mind. Goaltending is going to rule the day in this series.

    Panthers are such overrated thugs… everyone still thinks this years bruins team was comparable to last year. In reality you could build a playoff team with the players the bruins lost from last year and they’re roster had so many holes the panthers had a miserable excuse for a series if you consider this.

    I am a Ranger's fan, but I think this series can go either way. The Panthers are a very good team.

    If the Rangers keep playing with Kreider in front of the net like they did in the last 8ish minutes in the last Canes-Rangers game, they WILL be absolutely UNSTOPPABLE……from an old guy who grew up in NY, had season tix for a few years in the 80's and have been watching just about every Rangers game since the late 70's. BIG BODIES in front of the net and great forechecking and challenging while defending on the power play is a formula for success!!!!

    The Panthers have played with A LOT MORE INTENSITY , the Rangers have played like they would rather be home which is a terrible sign for the Rangers . Unless the Rangers play like they did during the latter half of the 3rd period in their last game they have little chance .

    Panthers fan:
    So obviously this will be a fun/tough series for both team. Shesterkin is in his prime while bob is coming out of it, but bob is still a really good goal tender. The Panthers just beat Swayman, which let’s be honest he’s going to be the best goalie next season.
    Biased opinion: The Panthers are a more physical team that will wear down the Rangers and will win in 6/7.

    The panthers just played the dirtiest team in the league besides themselves. The panthers have the most hits logged in the playoffs by a mile. The rangers have the least hits of all the remaining teams. The panthers are going to batter them.

    Rangers have to get ready for physical and forechecking games. Rangers have to adapt and not go into the box. If they do this victory is on their side.
