  1. Losing Boeser, Demko for playoffs and Pettersson only thinking of playing in the last couple games was too much. If they beat the Oil, they would have been swept by the Stars.

  2. oilers fighting the flu in the early games of this series…. enough said, games 6 and 7 make the point

  3. All I can say is that when Petey requested a similar contract in my Franchise Hockey Manager game, I traded him for a really good D.

  4. Not big enough on the backside to compensate for Quinn so everyone will target him. That’s why Rangers went for Trouba after drafting Adam Fox so he wouldn’t get trucked with no consequences. That’s why we’re so focused on being defensively responsible, including the forwards cause they cover for what the D is lacking (JT Miller for example) Quinn either gotta bulk or we need to drop a forward for cap space & invest in better sized D around him.

  5. You're a class act, chaps. Loved all of your analyses this season. Thanks for keeping this North Van boy connected to Vancouver and the Canucks in my current home of Hong Kong. Truly appreciate being rink wise with Rink Wide.

  6. Typical Vancouver market, all these guys want to do from the jump is criticize. No Demko. No Boeser. Against 2 of the greatest players in the world. Just stop!

  7. What an awesome ride😄Obviously disappointing to lose that game but overall very nice to see the team take a massive step forward👌

I just hope that the recency bias doesn’t change the trajectory and make ill advised signings… stay the course… develop your young players… and fill out this roster with more Canucks developed talent😁

  8. In the voice of Owen Wilson: Boy, isn't it pretty when Vancouver pass the puck around… and around… and around… Oh, there it goes down the ice again. Funny what happens when they finally decide to shoot the puck on net, with 10 minutes left in every game. Mmmm… Maybe? Maybe? Maybe they should try that starting in the 1st period? I don't know… I'm not an NHL'er, so, I don't know. (Don't get me wrong, they did get 2 shots on net in Period 1, so, it's not like all bad! I mean, ignore the 2nd game in a row they had 4 minutes of PP time in the 1st without A SINGLE SHOT ON NET… Yeah, just ignore that.) Again, what do I know. I'll defer to the expert in the room; Mr. Gretzky? "You miss 100% of the shots…" Well, you know the rest, and the rest is history. But Edmonton scored all series long by their defensemen dumping (not even SHOOTING) shots on net. I wonder which team won this, and why?
