I didn’t realize McCarthy played for him in Atlanta
Sounds like, while not rushing a rebuild, he’s not planning on starting from scratch.

I quite like Waddell and respect him immensely for how he handled the reporter who was asking about the coaching change
he got a number of questions that were impossible to answer (specifically regarding Pascal) on your first day in the building and handled them well! I got the overall feel that he already has some thoughts on how to improve this team for the immediate future, while also being able to continue to build upon the team’s obviously bright future.
