The hype for this edition of draft eligible Dmen is off the charts. Wouldn’t actually be THAT surprised if both Lindstrom and Demidov are available at 5th at this point lol.
I could see it go something like :
1.Celebrini
2.Lev
3.Silayev
4.Dickinson
The way I’ve heard some people talk of Dickinson I find myself dreaming of a top like of Dickinson-Reinbacher.
We could move Hutson and have a Guhle as a good 3rd piece of that core. I can’t wait for the draaaafftttt ajdhwidls ohhh emak

Honestly I’d be more worried about Columbus picking Demidov over Chicago

It make sense. As much as a 1-2 punch of Bedard-Demidov might be powerful, you want to be good all around. Picking a big RD with the potential to be your 1D while you have your 1C might be the better play.

Demidov is the most overrated prospect possibly ever, and it should be a fireable offense to draft him before the 5th pick.

I mean, that’s understandable !
Demidov is a sexy pick and he’s fantastic but Levshunov, Dickinson, Buium, Parekh and Silayev all have the potential to be game breaking talent IMO. Even Yakemchuk, he’s a beast ! The skills, the vision, the physicality… He’s got it all. I’m just not sure how it projects at the NHL but when he’s on the ice, he’s the most exciting D in the draft with Buium.
Jeez, I’m so excited ! Can’t wait for the draft !

I desperately want us to find a way to move up from 26. This seems like a draft that there’s going to be a steal sitting somewhere between 10-16 and even if it costs a lot I think it will be worth it.
If we play things right we could end up with a top 6 forward and a top 4 D.
