You have no sense of history, they have been playing this since the team came into the league. Beats the Hell outta "that's so 5 minutes ago".
My sense of history tells me the Blues have a history of losing and being non factors when they have made the playoffs, failure to evolve results in everyone else getting better than you or your team, i.e. Chicago, Detroit, San Jose, etc., etc., yes this is a little drastic, but it starts with your song! Note sarcasm, but in all seriousness, this song would not get me up to play.
